She was able to help me work toward my goals by showing me simple ways to make sure I’m eating healthy quantities of food that will fuel me. Connecting caring for myself, in more ways than just food, has made me feel better and happier. In practical ways, she has helped me to transition from depriving myself in hopes of being a size 2, to considering my life-long health and wellbeing, and making choices that serve me well physically and mentally. Before I started working with [Chantelle], I had persistent daily struggles with body image and shame.
